The Innovation department of a leading cosmetics player identified an opportunity in creating a range of creams tailored for the 65+ age group. This player wants to test the market by preparing a Go-to-Market to confirm the interest of a new target audience for an innovative product different from their current range. In this context, we supported the R&D Innovation service in their choices and decision-making, thanks to reliable data collection and precise analysis.
The goal of "Test & Learn" is to validate, or not, a new concept (brand, product, pricing, positioning) by determining if the target audience is interested.
We determined several communication axes to guide the choice of visuals and ad copy. They are tested on each target audience. But most importantly, we adjust the targeting criteria on the consoles.
