Otera is a chain of supermarkets offering fresh products through a short circuit (without intermediaries). The brand's strengths are the in-store experience (an intuitive, educational journey, an ease in choosing the right local products effortlessly) and the multi-local aspect where each store relies on its own local producers. The challenge is to continue attracting new customers for existing stores, as well as for new stores in areas where the brand's awareness is still low.

That's why we worked on Google Maps, Waze, and Meta campaigns. Through these channels, we were able to encourage customers to come and discover the brand in person.
